These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website operated by Turkline İletişim Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (“Turkline”). By using the site you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Scope of the Site

This site provides information about Turkline’s fiber and wireless internet services, packages and campaigns, offers an infrastructure check, and receives online applications and contact requests. The information on the site is for general information; Turkline reserves the right to change, update or remove content without notice.

2. Infrastructure Check Results

  • Infrastructure check results are based on the records available at the time of the query and are for information only.
  • The infrastructure, free port, speed and distance information shown does not guarantee that the service will be provided; actual speed and availability may vary with field and technical conditions and are confirmed during the application process.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you select. Turkline cannot be held liable for consequences of a wrong or incomplete address selection.

3. Applications

Online applications and call-back requests made through the site are not contracts; they are preliminary request and information forms. A subscription arises only when a written or electronic agreement is concluded with Turkline and the service can be provided technically. The information you provide in an application must be accurate, current and your own.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

When using the site you agree not to:

  • Apply with another person’s information, or submit misleading or unlawful content,
  • Use the infrastructure check and form services excessively or maliciously with automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.), or try to bypass security checks (captcha, etc.),
  • Attempt to weaken the security of the site, servers or network, block access, gain unauthorized access, or run security tests without permission,
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use site content without permission.

In case of use contrary to these rules, Turkline reserves the right to restrict access and to take legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including software, design, text, images, and the Turkline name and logo, belongs to Turkline or the relevant rights holders and is protected by intellectual property law. Bank names and logos on the site belong to the respective banks and are used only to display payment details.

6. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Turkline is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turkline takes reasonable care to provide the site without interruption or errors; however, you accept that the site may be temporarily unavailable and lookups may fail because of maintenance, technical faults, disruptions in third-party services (such as the systems that provide the infrastructure check) or force majeure. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Turkline is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
