Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice has been prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation to explain how our company, which operates as an internet service provider, processes your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Process

  • Identity data: Name, surname, national ID number, signature and other identity data required for contract processes.
  • Contact data: Phone number, e-mail address, billing and contact address.
  • Address and service data: Service address, address codes (BBK), infrastructure check results, selected package and subscription data.
  • Customer transaction and financial data: Application, subscription, billing, collection and payment records, support and fault requests.
  • Transaction security and traffic data: IP address, connection date and time, access logs and technical records of your use of our website.
  • Request and complaint data: Information you send through the contact form, call-back request, live help and call records.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Checking infrastructure availability, receiving your application, and establishing and performing the subscription contract,
  • Providing internet access, and carrying out installation, maintenance, fault and technical support processes,
  • Billing, collection and accounting,
  • Managing call-backs, information and customer relations, and responding to your requests,
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations, primarily under Law No. 5651, the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 and the regulations of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), and providing information to authorized bodies,
  • Ensuring information and network security and preventing misuse and fraud,
  • Measuring and improving service quality, and campaign and service communications (where you have given separate consent).

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the controller to fulfil a legal obligation, that it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and that it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed; for other activities (such as sending commercial electronic messages) we rely on your explicit consent.

5. How Data Is Collected

Your data is collected through the online application, contact, call-back and live help forms on our website, the infrastructure check service, phone calls, our installation and field teams, subscription contracts, and automatically while you use our website (IP address and access logs).

6. Recipients and Purposes of Transfer

In line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (the security verification service may involve a transfer abroad; this happens only while Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled and is subject to the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK), and limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with:

  • Infrastructure and service providers (such as Türk Telekom and similar operators, to the extent required to deliver the service),
  • Business partners and authorized dealers providing installation, maintenance and field services,
  • Banks and payment and collection institutions,
  • Suppliers of IT, hosting and software services,
  • BTK, courts, law enforcement and other authorized public bodies (within our legal obligations),
  • Professional advisers such as legal, accounting and audit providers,
  • The provider of the security verification service used to tell bot traffic apart on forms and the infrastructure check (Cloudflare, Inc.): only the IP address, browser/device information and interaction signals needed for verification.

7. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and in line with the retention periods set by the relevant legislation. Access logs and traffic data are kept for the period stated in Law No. 5651 and its regulations, and commercial and financial records for the periods in tax and commercial legislation. After these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We take the necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of, access to and loss of your personal data. Our website uses measures such as secure connections, access authorization and logging.

9. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
  • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7, and request that this be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
  • Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

10. How to Apply

You can send your requests in writing, together with documents verifying your identity, to the company address above, or reach us through the channels on our website’s contact page. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the process requires a separate cost, a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

This notice may be updated in line with changes in legislation and our services; the current version is published on our website.
